Grants

The state association offers program and conference grants to affiliated schools. The state has dedicated $1,000 for the next year to grants. Member schools can send in requests to have budgets for events or conferences supplemented. In difficult economic times, GRHO is dedicated to seeing its member schools continue to put on quality programs that benefit residents and attend important conferences.

Program grants may be used for events put on by residence hall associations in the state. There is a $150 cap on programs geared towards a specific audience, and a $300 cap on programs for the entire campus.

Conference grants may be used to pay the cost of registration for delegates going to conferences. There is a $300 cap on these requests.

ALL GRANTS WILL BE AWARDED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. If you are interested in taking advantage of this money, please do so soon. Also, if your RHA is well funded and you don't necessarily need a grant, but it would be nice, please let other schools who need the money more get the grants.
